Whelp, I just rode back from the Suzuki dealer. I was at one picking up my new gray TechII jacket. :) Since I live in the boonies, I had to ride 40 miles to get there. When I parking the bike, the mechanic guy came up to me. I have a 2002 Savage LS650. I bought it in June 2002 and have exactly 1200 miles on it. He began to tell me that the bike was created for short errand street riding around town. He said that it can damage the bike by making it ride on the freeway at 80-85 mph. He began to recommend that I trade up to a bigger bike. Was this guy just jerking my chain? I love my bike. And, I hate to have to shop for a more powerful bike since I'm only 5'2, and it's hard to find a bike that low enough for me.
